At Konform, we take health and safety very seriously. We conduct comprehensive risk assessments and create method statements before starting any project. In addition, all our staff are trained to either CSCS/CPCS or NVQ level. We also have a continuous training programme for our team to ensure they are always up-to-date on the latest plant, equipment and PPE safety requirements.
We pride ourselves on always putting our clients first. We only work with skilled and experienced personnel and only use high-quality and certified plant, equipment, and formwork systems. Our Quality Management System is robust and includes a strict inspection and testing regime to ensure that our systems always meet the latest standards and specifications.
Konform is committed to protecting and preserving the environment through responsible business practices. We are aware of our operations’ impact on the environment and take steps to mitigate any adverse effects, such as noise, air, water, and waste pollution. As a large user of primary construction materials, we are very selective in our sourcing, only doing business with environmentally focused suppliers.
We limit the number of projects we take on at one time so that we can focus and provide each project with the care and attention it requires.
